PJSC AFK Sistema received 100% in JSC Corporation of Robotics. Such changes have occurred in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities according to the KonturFocus information system.
The Corporation was established in March 2025 by Element Joint Stock Company. The transfer of the Robotics Corporation became one of the terms of the deal on the purchase by the Savings Bank of AFK Sistema's stake in PJSC Element.
At the beginning of 2026, a major deal took place to transfer 37.7% of Element shares owned by AFK Sistema to the structures of the Savings Bank. Then, as reported in the official press release of AFK Sistema, the Robotics Corporation, created for the development of industrial robotics, will come under the direct control of AFK Sistema, which "will avoid internal competition with the assets of Rostec and Sberbank, developing their own projects in this area."
