The official permission for CIAN PLC to move to Russia will be a certificate from the Registrar of Companies of Cyprus, which may take at least 6 months to obtain. The redomicilation of CIAN PLC is one of the stages of CIAN's corporate restructuring. Its successful completion, among other things, implies the opening of an opportunity to declare and pay dividends to the company's shareholders, the company notes.
