Bank DOM.RF has issued the first tranche of a loan to the builder "Stroytech" for the construction of a residential building in the Leninsky district of Ulyanovsk. This is stated in the message of the bank.
The total amount of approved loan funds for the project is 759 million rubles. The building will house 176 apartments. The project involves the comprehensive development of an unused urban area on Narimanov Avenue. Currently, construction work has begun on the site.
