In Moscow, a modern mixed-use block will be built on the site of the former industrial zone "Ogorodny Proezd". This was announced by Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin in his telegram channel.
Houses for citizens moving under the renovation program, as well as public and business facilities will be built in Maryina Grove and Butyrsky district.
The facilities will be built as part of the comprehensive development of the northern part of the former industrial zone. This will create 2.7 thousand jobs. The volume of investments in the implementation of the project will amount to almost 30 billion rubles.
