Loading on the Russian Railways network in January–July 2025 amounted to 646.6 million tons. This is 7.3% less than in the same period of 2024, according to the Russian Railways website.
Loading in July 2025 amounted to 92.1 million tons, which is 5.4% lower than a year earlier. Cargo turnover decreased by 5.1% to 198.3 billion tariff ton-kilometers, cargo turnover, taking into account the mileage of wagons in empty condition, decreased by 4.4% to 246.2 billion ton-kilometers.
