Rostec's asset is selling a building on Avtozavodskaya Street in Moscow for 653.66 million rubles (starting price). This was announced by RT-Capital.
The building has an area of 4416.5 sq. m. m and is located on a land plot with the right of lease. The owner is JSC "KAO".
The electronic auction will be held on September 8, applications are accepted until September 4.
