PJSC Bank Sinara (formerly PJSC SKB-Bank) is a regional Russian bank. It is the center of the banking group, which includes Kaluga Gazenergobank, information technology company SKB_Lab, micro-credit company SKB-finance. Delobank, a bank for entrepreneurs that provides fully remote financial management, is also being developed in the perimeter of PJSC Bank Sinara.
