Russian President Vladimir Putin has transferred the assets of some foreign companies to temporary management. The relevant decree is posted on the portal of regulatory legal acts.
In accordance with the decree, the assets of Kappa Rus JSC, Tarkett JSC, Mensen Packaging CIS LLC, Ontex ru LLC and Eivosis Packaging Kuban LLC were transferred to the temporary management of Center Capital Management Company.
The former owner of Kappa Rus, a paper packaging company, was Sverige International Holdings AB. Kappa Rus.
Tarkett is a manufacturer of floor coverings. The parent company was Tarkett SA.
Menshen Packaging CIS produces packaging, owned by Menshen Beteiligungs-GmbH.
<url> was owned by Ontex, a manufacturer of personal care products.
Eivosis Packaging Kuban manufactures food packaging made of light metals, and was a subsidiary of Sonoco Metal Packaging.
