The Ministry of Finance has proposed to telecom operators not to impose restrictions on incoming calls from banks until the beginning of November this year, if the call does not have a label. This is reported on the ministry's website.
Such a postponement will allow time for credit institutions to complete the processes of concluding labeling agreements.
The law on labeling calls from companies and individual entrepreneurs entered into force on September 1, 2025. The vast majority of banks, according to the Ministry of Finance, have already concluded the necessary contracts with telecom operators. The rest of the credit institutions, including systemically important ones, are in the process of discussing and signing such agreements.
