Skyeng Group of Companies (GC) has become the owner of 11% of Education of the Future LLC, which is the founder of the International Academy of Business and Management (IABiU) private university and the International Institute of Business and Management (IIBiU) College. Another 88% in this legal entity now belongs to Bogoyavlenskoye LLC, the sole owner of which is Ekaterina Dobrenkova, the head of MABiU and MIBiU. She also has the remaining 1% in Education of the Future LLC. The newspaper Vedomosti writes about this.
MABiU was founded in 1994. Both educational institutions are accredited by Rosobrnadzor, have an indefinite license to conduct educational activities and issue state-issued diplomas.
Skyeng Group includes Skyeng online schools (specializing in foreign languages), Skysmart (children's education) and Skypro (additional professional education for adults). GC is also developing the Singularity offline educational center in Cheboksary, which includes a school and college (it issues graduates with diplomas of the established standard), and also offers courses for additional and continuing professional education.
