The Bank of Russia has revoked the license for banking operations from CB Novy Moskovsky Bank (NMB, Moscow). In terms of assets, the credit institution ranked 258th in the Russian banking system. This is reported on the Central Bank's website.

The regulator emphasizes that the NMB did not actually carry out activities related to lending to the economy. The bank's loan debt, which reached 10% of assets, was characterized by extremely low quality.

For a long time, the Bank conducted large-scale suspicious transactions of a group of clients with signs of "technical" companies.

The Central Bank has sent information to law enforcement agencies about operations conducted by the NMB that have signs of illegal.

A temporary administration has been appointed to the bank, whose functions will be performed by the DIA. NMB is a member of the deposit insurance system.
