In February, a dataset download service will be opened for market participants on the Construction Industry Data Platform platform.house.Companies in the authorized zone will be able to share information and enrich the database, thanks to which new AI solutions can be created. The presentation of the service was held as part of a meeting of the Expert Group on the Development of AI in Construction under the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation.
DOM launched the basic version of the data platform for construction.The Russian Federation with the support of the Russian Ministry of Construction in November 2025. The project helps to increase the volume of machine-readable development data and contributes to the accelerated implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in industry processes.

This ensures the generation of "clean" structured data from the very beginning of the project, which is important for creating a "digital" twin of the country. In addition, the use of artificial intelligence technologies for data analysis opens the way to more accurate solutions, optimizes resources and increases the efficiency of achieving technological sovereignty of the construction industry and our country," said Konstantin Mikhailik, Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing of the Russian Federation.
There is a DOM.RF on the platform.The Russian Federation has already posted the first data sets related to apartment construction and private housing construction. Users can access datasets such as analysis of apartments by real estate class, plan of commissioning of construction projects by quarter, construction sites by region, seasonal construction analysis, apartment mapping, popularity of characteristics of private homes, regional construction analytics, activity of developers on construction projects, etc.
"Machine—readable data is the basis for the formation of smart services and AI agents capable of making housing construction even better and more efficient. Several dozen organizations have already announced their desire to work on the development of a platform for the construction industry. Statistical datasets can already be used to solve a wide variety of tasks, including market analysis, trend identification, optimization of business processes of developers and designers, and creation of forecasting services.
The platform is being developed by the IT company DOM.RF Technologies", part of the DOM.RF group. In the near future, we plan to expand the basic functions of the system, add a programming interface (API) for integration with external systems, as well as new datasets.
