Azimut Airline informs passengers about flight schedule changes and ways to reissue air tickets.
Due to the closure of the airspace of the Middle East and the UAE, the airline announces the cancellation of flights to and from Al Maktoum Airport (Dubai) until March 16, 2026.
Azimut Airline informs passengers about the flight status using the contacts specified in the booking, and also publishes up-to-date information on the website. Information about flight cancellation is also displayed in your personal account.
If you are in Dubai
You can contact the airline for a one-time free change of departure on any date within the current schedule, while maintaining/changing the original departure/destination points and maintaining the class of service.
If you want to reissue your flight ticket:
To exchange an air ticket (without fees), you must contact the Contact Center at infoavia@azimuth.ru or respond to an email from the Airline notifying about the cancellation of the flight, specifying the desired flight date, your ticket number/booking number and the passenger's last name. After the exchange of the ticket, the new itinerary receipt will be sent to your email address.
In case you decide to cancel the flight:
For a refund, you must contact the place where the ticket is issued.
If the ticket is issued on the official website of Azimut airline https://azimuth.ru /, then in order to refund the full ticket price, you must leave a request for a forced refund in your personal account on the airline's website.
When contacting an airline agent and logging into a personal account on the website https://azimuth.ru / you must specify your booking number and the passenger's last name.
After processing the refund request, you will receive a confirmation to your email address.
