Starting from May 30, 2026, the Rosselkhoznadzor introduces temporary restrictions on the import of fruit and vegetable products from 10 Uzbek exporters who committed the largest number of violations.:

3. SARDOBAAGROEKSPORT LLC;
4. BUXORO MEVA SABZOVOTCHILIK EXPORTI LLC;
5. OOO GANI BOBO BOGI;
6. OOO BMB GLOBAL SAVDO;
7. NEW AGROQUVA LLC;
8. OOO AMIR GRENS;
9. OOO ZAMORA;
10. OOO MIRFAYZ-PARFYUM INVEST.
The decision was made in order to ensure the phytosanitary well-being of the Russian territory, as well as in connection with the increasing incidence of inconsistencies in the supply of quarantined goods from Uzbekistan to Russia. Since the beginning of 2026 alone, 132 detections of quarantine facilities for the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union have been identified.
The systematic violation of Russian and international phytosanitary requirements confirms the insufficient effectiveness of the Uzbek system for ensuring the phytosanitary safety of fruit and vegetable products supplied to Russia.
