VTB plans to implement a single AI solution for routing the banking product delivery service. The development, created by the bank's key technology partner, T1 IT Holding, was presented as a pilot project at the Data Fusion conference. This is stated in the message of the bank.
A single solution calculates routes for the bank's field managers who deliver banking products to VTB customers. The new T1 solution will make it possible to combine the disparate IT systems of Russian and foreign developers that the bank currently uses and optimize logistics processes. VTB expects to implement the solution by the end of the first quarter of 2026.
