Federal budget revenues in January-September 2026 amounted to 29.639 trillion rubles, which is 10% higher than in the corresponding period of 2025. Expenses reached 34,825 trillion rubles (+14.5%). The federal budget deficit has reached 5.186 trillion rubles. This will be announced on the website of the Ministry of Finance.
The Ministry expects the size of the federal budget deficit for the year to be within 3.2% of GDP. The increase in the structural deficit this year is being financed mainly without resorting to additional borrowings on the OFZ market.
Non-oil and gas revenues of the federal budget reached 24.168 trillion rubles, an increase of 18.8% compared to the same period last year.
Oil and gas revenues amounted to 5.471 trillion rubles, which is 17.2% less than in the same period of the previous year.
