AVA Group will use the Dutch auction system for the sale of assets in Moscow. This is reported on the website of the ETP RAD.
The auction will be held on August 14 at the ETP RAD Lot-Online.ru . The lots are offered for sale in the form of 100% of the authorized capital of legal entities. Two projects are under construction in Tagansky and one in Nagorny districts of the capital.
A Dutch auction is an auction in which two prices are indicated: the initial and the minimum (the cut–off price below which the asset cannot be sold).
