The transaction has not been closed yet - the change of owners is accompanied by an effective corporate agreement, which provides for restrictions and conditions for the alienation of shares.
KEH Ecommerce entered the capital of the Haraba service in July 2022, buying 67% of the company from the founders.
Haraba is an aggregator of car ads from all popular sites. The revenue of Kharaba LLC for 2023 amounted to 433 million rubles, net profit - 166 million rubles.
