Russian President Vladimir Putin has instructed the Government of the Russian Federation to adjust the parameters of the Family Mortgage program in terms of improving credit conditions for large families, including differentiating the maximum amount of a housing mortgage loan depending on the number of children in the family. This is evidenced by the list of instructions following the meeting of the Council for the Implementation of State Demographic and Family Policy, posted on the Kremlin's website.
The Head of State also instructed the Cabinet of Ministers to consider the possibility of using indicators of standards and ratings reflecting the contribution of Russian companies to supporting families of employees with children as one of the criteria for selecting recipients of state support measures.
In addition, the Government should consider the possibility of excluding monetary payments provided as one-time measures of additional support for families at the birth of a child and carried out at the expense of the budgets of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation from the types of income taken into account when calculating the average per capita income of a family for the appointment of a monthly allowance in connection with the birth and upbringing of a child.
