Bank DOM.RF has put up for auction two cultural heritage sites in Khabarovsk – the Kolyshkin apartment building (1912) and the Volkovinsky House (1906). This is stated in the message of DOM.RF.
The first lot includes: sale of a building with an area of 762 sq. m. m and the lease of a plot of 0.08 ha . The starting price is 15.91 million rubles. The auction will be held on October 2. The deadline for submitting applications is September 28.
The second lot includes: sale of a building with an area of 417.2 sq. m. m and a plot of 0.04 ha . The starting price is 10.44 million rubles. The auction will be held on October 2. The deadline for submitting applications is September 28.
