The company "Logistics and Point" has sent a petition to the Federal Antimonopoly Service for the acquisition of the Russian business HAVI — McDonald's logistics partner. This is stated in the message of the FAS, which received the petition.
The Antimonopoly Service notes that it will assess the impact of the transaction on the markets of the HAVI group's presence in Russia.
Earlier it became known that the co—owner of the company "Tasty - and-dot" Alexander Govor is going to acquire the Russian assets of HAVI, which can sell 14 distribution centers in Russia. It was planned that the assets would belong to JSC Logistics - and that's the point.
HAVI Group specializes in supply chain management, packaging, logistics and waste recycling.
Recall that after the announcement of withdrawal from the Russian market and the beginning of the process of selling its Russian business, McDonald's Corporation announced that it had concluded a purchase and sale agreement with its current licensee Alexander Govor. Later, the FAS approved the petition Club-Hotel LLC about the acquisition of McDonald's business in Russia.
On the site of the former McDonald's on June 12, 2022, new restaurants were opened under the new name "Delicious - period". The menu remains the same. The packaging has also changed. The Yummy—and-Dot chain has retained its full staff.
