RWB, Ozon and Avito signed an agreement within the framework of the SPIEF on amendments to the Memorandum on Fair Practices of Digital Platforms. This is reported on the website of the Ministry of Economic Development.

The document, in particular, establishes a rule on a non-discriminatory approach towards Russian sellers in comparison with foreign ones. The actual amount of commission paid for domestic partners may not exceed the actual commission for foreign partners.

According to the agreement, the platforms are required to notify partners of an increase in the payment period at least 45 days in advance.

In addition, the platforms agreed to implement AI services for the moderation of product cards, including combating fake reviews, as well as to provide video recording during the issuance, acceptance and return of goods at the pick-up points.
