The Merlion Group of Companies acquired Golder Electronics. The agreement was signed in Moscow on July 4, 2024. The amount of the transaction was not disclosed. This is stated in the Merlion message.
Golder Electronics is a manufacturer of home appliances, personal care and premium tableware. The company's portfolio includes VITEK, Röndell, Maxwell and Coolfort brands.
The further development of these brands will be handled by the combined team of Golder Electronics and Private Labels. Merlion is a division responsible for the group's own trademarks.
Merlion Group of Companies is a Russian distributor. The Merlion Group employs about 12 thousand employees. The company was founded in 1992. Oleg Fomenko is the CEO of the Merlion Group of Companies.
