Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin has sent to the State Duma the candidacies of new members of the Government, agreed with Russian President Vladimir Putin. This is reported on the website of the Cabinet of Ministers.
Irina Okladnikova, First Deputy Minister of Finance, has been proposed for the post of Deputy Prime Minister and Head of the Government Staff.
Oleg Kozhemyako, Governor of Primorsky Krai, has been proposed for the post of Deputy Prime Minister and Plenipotentiary representative of the head of state in the Far Eastern Federal District.
Andrei Nikitin, the Minister of Transport, has been nominated as a candidate for the post of Deputy Prime Minister for the development of the transport complex.
A new position is being created in the Government structure – Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Finance. Anton Siluanov, the current head of the Ministry of Finance, has been proposed for this post.
Dmitry Yadrov, head of the Federal Air Transport Agency, has been nominated for the post of Minister of Transport.
