The initial sale price of assets sold in one lot is 1277.751 million rubles. Applicants must transfer a deposit of 255.550 million rubles.
Applications will be accepted on July 14, 2026. The auction will open on July 16, 2026 on the electronic platform of JSC "RAD".
LLC KMP KHOLOD LTD was registered in 2013, it is engaged in the storage and warehousing of frozen or refrigerated goods, as well as provides cargo handling services. The key customers are local fishing and processing companies in Kamchatka, which export fish products (pollock, cod, salmon, crabs and other biological resources) through the port's berths.
OPTIMA-N LLC was registered in 2006 and is engaged in the rental and management of its own or leased non-residential real estate. The main customers are the commercial enterprises of the region.
LLC KHLADOKOMBINAT was registered in 2009 and is engaged in the storage and warehousing of frozen or refrigerated cargo. The key clients of LLC Khladokombinat are local fishing and fish processing companies in Kamchatka that export their products (pollock, cod, salmon, crabs and other seafood).
PJSC Promsvyazbank is a universal Russian bank, one of the ten largest banks in the country, as well as in the list of systemically important credit institutions approved by the Central Bank. PSB is the main bank for operations on state defense orders and government contracts.
