Sales revenue and income from associated organizations and joint ventures decreased by 17.8% to 6.288 trillion rubles from 7.645 trillion rubles, EBITDA — by 29.3% to 1.641 trillion rubles from 2.321 trillion rubles.
Capital expenditures amounted to 1.118 trillion rubles. The dynamics of the indicator is due to the planned implementation of the investment program, primarily on the assets of the Exploration and Production segment. The free cash flow for the reporting period amounted to 591 billion rubles.
The company's hydrocarbon production amounted to 182.6 million tons of oil equivalent. Liquid hydrocarbon production amounted to 134.7 million tons, gas production — 58.2 billion cubic meters.
The volume of oil refining amounted to 57.7 million tons. 30.7 million tons of petroleum products were supplied to the domestic market, including 9.5 million tons of gasoline and 12.3 million tons of diesel fuel.

Net profit attributable to the shareholders of PJSC NK Rosneft for the first half of 2025, according to IFRS, fell by 68.3% to 245 billion rubles from 773 billion rubles a year earlier. Sales revenue and income from associates and joint ventures decreased by 17.6% to RUB 4.26 trillion from RUB 5.17 trillion. EBITDA fell by 36.1% to 1.05 trillion rubles from 1.65 trillion rubles.
