Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed the law "On Ratification of the Free Trade Agreement between the Eurasian Economic Union and its member States, on the one hand, and the Republic of Indonesia, on the other hand." This is reported on the Kremlin's website.
The agreement, signed in St. Petersburg on December 21, 2025, is aimed at liberalizing and simplifying trade between the EAEU and Indonesia.
In accordance with the agreement, preferential trade treatment is provided for most commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity.
