Syktyvkar timber processing plant bought a logging company "ParmaVud"

SLPC JSC (Syktyvkar LPC) became the sole owner of ParmaVud LLC by purchasing the company from Luzales LLC. Such changes have occurred in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities according to the KonturFocus information system.

Parmawood conducts logging activities, while logging is carried out by contractors on leased forest plots. In 2025, the volume of harvested wood amounted to 178 thousand cubic meters. The company has one employee, revenue for 2025 amounted to 373 million rubles, an increase of 50% over the year. In recent years, the activity of the supplier has been consistently unprofitable. In 2025, the loss was 90 million rubles. Borrowed funds were actively used in their activities; at the beginning of 2026, accounts payable exceeded 580 million rubles. The main creditor is the former owner of Luzales LLC.

The Luzales company became widely known after the purchase of the production assets of the Swedish furniture retailer IKEA, which left Russia. In particular, the Syktyvkar structure's asset portfolio includes a plant in Tikhvin, Leningrad Region. The company has faced serious financial difficulties over the past year. Its main asset, LLC Luzales-Tikhvin, made a loss of 374 million rubles by the end of the year. At the end of the year, the obligations amounted to 940 million rubles, of which 656 million were overdue.

Syktyvkar LPC is one of the largest producers of pulp and paper products in the Russian Federation. The complex produces office, offset and newsprint paper, cardboard, and dry commercial pulp.

The Austrian Mondi has withdrawn from the Russian market. Syktyvkar timber industry complex, together with two subsidiaries, was sold to Cesar Invest LLC, a subsidiary of the Moscow development company Sezar Group for 80 billion rubles.
