The Government of the Russian Federation has approved an updated procedure for organizing targeted education in universities and colleges. The corresponding decree was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
The regulation on targeted training in secondary vocational and higher education programs, the rules for setting the admission quota for targeted training in higher education programs at the expense of budgetary funds, the standard form of an agreement on targeted training at a college or university have been approved.
The customer's proposal for the conclusion of targeted training contracts will be posted on the unified digital employment platform "Work in Russia". It will be publicly available.
The target training agreement may specify conditions for the student-target student to complete an internship with the customer. The customer can also set requirements for the student's academic performance.
After completing the training, the graduate will need to work in the organization that ordered the training for at least three years.
