On May 7, 2024, the Arbitration Court of the city of Moscow, at the request of the state corporation Deposit Insurance Agency, recognized Dmitry Serdyuk, former acting Chairman of the Board of JSC Mortgage Bank, as bankrupt and introduced a property sale procedure against him. This is stated in the message of the DIA.
The bank's claim in the amount of more than 724 million rubles. It is included in the register of claims of D. Serdyuk's creditors.
The Bank of Russia revoked the banking license from the credit institution in 2015 due to the fact that CJSC Mortgage Bank conducted "it had a high-risk credit policy and did not create adequate reserves for possible loan losses."
