The FAS recognized the actions of the Dymovsky sausage production as unfair competition. This is stated in the message of the service.
The company forbade competitors to use the name of the sausage "Festive".
Earlier, as part of the review of the Ostankino Meat Processing Plant's appeal, the FAS initiated an antimonopoly case against the Dymovsky sausage factory.
In 2023, the manufacturer of sausage products received the exclusive right to the trademark "Festive" and began to prevent the use of the controversial designation by other manufacturers, sending claims and lawsuits to them.
The actions of the Dymovsky sausage production could be aimed at obtaining unjustified advantages over competitors who sold sausage products with the same name before registering the disputed trademark, the FAS notes.
The agency reviewed the case against the company, found it to have violated the antimonopoly legislation and ordered to eliminate the violation.
