The Federal Antimonopoly Service has proposed registering over-the-counter contracts for sulfur. This is reported on the FAS website.

The list of goods for which such contracts are supposed to be registered also includes hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid.

The inclusion of new products in the resolution will help to form price indicators that will contribute to the development of market pricing, as well as help prevent violations of antimonopoly legislation, the FAS emphasizes.
