An inefficiently used site in the south of Moscow will be reorganized under the Integrated Territorial Development Program (CDT). This was stated by the Minister of the Government of Moscow, the head of the metropolitan Department of urban Property Maxim Gaman, the Moscow Mayor's office reported.
The area of the reorganized site on Kashirskoye highway is 0.88 hectares. 53.6 thousand square meters of public and business real estate will be built there. Investments in the implementation of the project will amount to over 16 billion rubles, and the annual budget effect will be almost 500 million rubles. More than 1.2 thousand jobs will also be created. The surrounding area will be landscaped, a new street and road network will appear.
The territory is located next to the exit to Kashirskoye highway, within walking distance from the Kashirskaya metro station. The redevelopment will be able to be carried out by copyright holders, KRT operators or an investor determined by the results of the auction.
