Umar Kremlev announced the acquisition of a 50% stake in the capital of the AVA Group of companies and the expansion of his competencies in the development segment. President of the AVA Group of Companies Vahan Harutyunyan retained control over the operational activities of the holding. This is stated in the company's message.
The signing of the agreement between the partners took place on Thursday, September 19. The shareholders plan to scale projects at the federal level and invest in existing and future projects of the group of companies. The amount of the transaction between the partners has not been disclosed.
