VK has closed a deal to purchase 25% of the P7 company. The deal was implemented as part of the development of the holding's technology business, VK Tech. This is stated in the VK message.
Thanks to integration with P7 solutions, users can organize collaboration with documents, tables and presentations, said Pavel Gontarev, CEO of VK Tech, quoted in the message.
In October 2024, VK and P7 announced a technology partnership, which resulted in a complete product offering for users and customers. Cloud editors of documents, tables and presentations "P7-Office" are integrated into products for users — Mail and Cloud Mail, as well as into VK Tech products for corporate clients — VK WorkSpace.
P7-Office products are included in the Register of domestic software. It includes document editors, VCS, messenger, organizer, vector editor, collaboration tools, corporate and cloud solutions.

Revenue for the first nine months of 2024 increased by 60.1% year-on-year to RUB 7.7 billion. Operating expenses amounted to 6.2 billion rubles, an increase of 21.7%. EBITDA increased to 1.5 billion rubles.
