The Acron Group presented its programs for attracting in-demand specialists in the collection of the best personnel practices of chemical industry enterprises.

The collection was published by the Center for Advanced Training and Retraining of Qualified Personnel in the field of New Materials and Chemistry at Tomsk State University. The project has been implemented for the second year. The main objective of the collection is to identify, systematize and replicate solutions that have already proven their effectiveness in the chemical industry.

In the collection, the Acron Group presented its strategy and approaches in the field of personnel management. For example, Akron offers senior students to combine work with full-time education. This allows the company to create a reserve of qualified young specialists who are ready for effective integration into work processes.

It should be recalled that Acron cooperates with educational institutions in the regions of its presence, implements motivation programs for students and young professionals, conducts career guidance events, and excursions to production sites for schoolchildren and students. In addition, the company is a partner of the federal project "Professionalism", cooperating with leading regional educational institutions of secondary vocational education to train students in specialized specialties for the chemical and mining industries.
