These high figures are confirmed by statistics from leading regional developers, many of whom use preferential regimes of the territory of advanced development (TOP) and the free port of Vladivostok (SPV) to conduct business. Thus, over 65% of apartment purchases for all facilities of the resident of the SPV LLC SZ Emerald (part of the New House Group of Companies) are carried out at the expense of the Far Eastern mortgage. The total amount of loans issued in the district amounted to 452.5 billion rubles. For the purpose of individual housing construction, banks have issued 15.6 thousand loans in the amount of 83 billion rubles. Yakutia is the leader in this segment among the regions of the Far Eastern Federal District, where banks have issued more than 7 thousand loans for the construction of their own houses.
