Today, at the XXVI St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF), a bilateral agreement was signed between the government of the Leningrad Region and the A101 Group of Companies. At the stand of the Leningrad Region, the Governor of the region Alexander Drozdenko and the General Director of the Group Ignatius Danilidi signed an agreement on socio-economic cooperation. The agreement is based on the implementation of initiatives that contribute to the sustainable development of the region within the framework of integrated development projects.
The parties, in particular, agreed on cooperation in the field of creating a modern urban environment, improving the quality of social infrastructure and improving the investment climate in the region. Within the framework of these processes, the parties agreed to exchange best practices for the development of the urban environment and the creation of modern infrastructure that contributes to the comprehensive development of the younger generation. The latter includes high-quality education, a healthy and active lifestyle, the opportunity to obtain in-demand professional skills, as well as the creation of spaces for active communication with peers, parents and teachers. The parties also plan to actively exchange experience in the field of creating new points of employment, the development of commercial and industrial real estate.
Within the framework of the agreement, the Leningrad Region undertakes to assist in attracting high-tech enterprises to the territory that the developer is developing, to provide information support for the projects of the A101 Group of Companies. For its part, the developer undertakes to comply with the stated construction deadlines, including in terms of the construction of social infrastructure facilities, to inform partners from the Leningrad region about the progress of projects, and also expresses readiness to participate in the development and implementation of projects to develop the urban environment and increase the attractiveness of the region.
The Governor of the Leningrad Region Alexander Drozdenko: "The new agreement provides for the construction of 10 kindergartens and 3 schools in Vsevolozhsky and Lomonosovsky districts, and also gives us the opportunity, following the instructions of Russian President Vladimir Putin, to build comfortable, affordable housing and develop territories in a balanced way so that we have both housing and related industrial zones, and ecological recreation areas."
Ignatius Danilidi, General Director of A101 Group: "The key task that A101 Group solves in all regions of its presence is to create affordable and comfortable housing that meets the needs of modern people, effective social infrastructure, as well as conditions for the development of entrepreneurship in order to build a stable tax base. Our plans in the Leningrad region include the construction of more than 200 thousand square meters of real estate per year, including housing, modern schools and kindergartens, service infrastructure and light production facilities, offices and technology parks. The governor and the heads of relevant committees especially supported the idea of building advanced schools in the region, which we are actively building in Moscow and which have been recognized as a standard at the federal level."
Currently, GC "A101" is implementing two projects of integrated development of territories in the Leningrad region - in the settlement of Lagolovo in the Lomonosov district, as well as in Vsevolozhsk. The volume of investments in these projects is 92 billion rubles.
