The Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic (KRDV) presented the results of the development of the engineering infrastructure of the territories of advanced development (TOP) in the Far East by the end of 2024.
At the expense of public investments, 301.98 MW of electricity and water supply with a capacity of 25.2 thousand cubic meters are provided for residents of the TOP. m per day, drainage capacity of 16.5 thousand cubic meters. cubic meters per day, 38.5 thousand cubic meters of gas per hour, 62.8 Gcal of heat per hour. Additionally, the KRDV reimbursed the Far Eastern investors for the costs of creating its own infrastructure. This allowed enterprises established in the macroregion to receive another 375.2 MW of energy capacity, 12.65 thousand cubic meters of water per day, 1.25 thousand cubic meters of wastewater per day, 20.1 thousand cubic meters of gas and 63.52 Gcal of heat per hour. 1.33 km of highways were also built at the expense of private capital with subsequent reimbursement.

In the Far Eastern territories of advanced development, we help residents take the first steps in creating the enterprises and industries necessary for the region, creating infrastructure and providing technological connections, and working to ensure that businesses can focus directly on the implementation of the project. At the same time, if an investor – it can be a resident of a TOP, a Free Port, or a company implementing a major project in the Far East – builds infrastructure at his own expense, he has the right to apply to the Ministry of Regional Development of Russia for reimbursement of costs for the construction of energy, engineering, and transport infrastructure. Support is available for projects with private investments starting from 1 billion rubles. The amount of the subsidy is up to 30% of the invested funds," said the director of the Department of Operation of the KRDV. Anna Burdinskaya.
She stressed that thanks to government support measures – infrastructure and land provision, tax benefits and administrative preferences, and comprehensive support from the Far Eastern Military District – enterprises in the Far East are launching faster, and business profitability is significantly higher. Russian and foreign investors notice this, which has a positive effect on the investment attractiveness of the territories.
Today, more than 840 residents are implementing projects in the Far Eastern regions under agreements with the Far Eastern Partnership, business invests over 7.1 trillion rubles, and creates 170.4 thousand jobs. In fact, TOP residents have invested 3.52 trillion rubles in their projects and created about 90,000 jobs. 292 enterprises in various industries have been put into operation.

Olga Gvozdeva, General Director of the Kamchatka greenhouse complex, which provides residents of the peninsula with fresh vegetables, noted: "Thanks to the infrastructure support provided by the KRDV, we were able to open the first modern greenhouse complex in the region with a year-round cycle of vegetable production on schedule. Due to the status of a TOP resident, we received gas supply, electricity, land, and tax benefits."

The KRDV continues large-scale work on the development of the TOP infrastructure. By 2028, it is planned to increase the capacity of electricity to 1,013.8 MW; increase the volume of water supply to 121.7 thousand cubic meters. m in taps and drainage up to 79.4 thousand cubic meters . cubic meters per day; gas supply up to 155.7 thousand cubic meters. m per hour and heat supply up to 123.4 Gcal per hour; increase in the length of highways up to 121.4 km.
