Rosselkhoznadzor has opened access to the Russian market to 10 Indian fish and seafood producers

On December 2, 2025, the Rosselkhoznadzor allowed 10 Indian enterprises to supply fish and seafood to Russia. 
 
Import is possible exclusively on the territory of Russia and accompanied by copies of laboratory safety protocols attached to the export certificate.: toxic elements, HCG, S.Aureus chloramphenicol, sulfonamides, tetracyclines, quinolones, antibacterial drugs (dyes).
 
The decision was made based on the results of the joint work of the competent services of the two countries, as well as on the basis of guarantees from the Indian side on the compliance of manufactured products with the veterinary and sanitary requirements of the EAEU and Russia.
 
Currently, the Service has included 128 Indian fish and seafood production enterprises in the Register of Third-country Enterprises.
