The Ministry of Economic Development of Russia announces the start of the formation of lists of tour operators for 2025, which are authorized to work within the framework of intergovernmental agreements on visa-free group tourist trips with Iran and China.
Tour operators interested in working under this mechanism should contact the regional authorities in the field of tourism in the near future to clarify the deadlines, the list of necessary documents and criteria for inclusion in the lists.
Tour operators applying for inclusion in the lists must be in the Unified Federal Register of Tour Operators and carry out activities in the field of inbound and (or) outbound tourism.
Recall that the mechanism of visa-free group tourist exchanges can be used by citizens traveling as part of tourist groups (from five to 50 people), which are formed by the tour operator from the current list posted on the website of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia:
