In November 2023, the Moscow Arbitration Court ordered to recover from Moskvich in favor of Silver Basis the debt that had formed back in 2020, when it belonged to the Renault carmaker.
Last week, Moskvich filed a cassation appeal, the court suspended the execution of the debt collection case. Thus, Silver Basis currently has no grounds to apply to the court for recognition of JSC MAZ Moskvich as insolvent (bankrupt). The corresponding message of JSC MAZ Moskvich is posted on the Fedresource website.
