American data center service provider Csquare has confidentially filed for an IPO in the United States. This is reported in a Csquare press release.

The placement of Csquare shares, controlled by Brookfield Infrastructure Partners, is in line with the general trend of IPOs in the data center sector to support energy opportunities in the AI segment. In particular, X-Energy Inc., which uses nuclear reactors to provide AI, has raised $1 billion, and Blackstone Inc. plans to raise $2 billion to purchase new equipment for data centers.

Csquare operates 80 data centers in 30 markets, including 10 data centers acquired in October 2025 for $1 billion.

Companies usually conduct IPOs in a confidential manner to ensure control over the process and limit reputational risks. This approach allows you to interact with regulatory authorities and respond to SEC requests without public notification.

Csquare is a provider of colocation services in data centers. The company offers advanced data hosting and processing solutions for enterprise scales, AI workloads, and hybrid transformation. The headquarters is located in Coppell, Texas.
