The Russian government has increased import duties on strong alcohol from unfriendly countries to 35%, but not less than 5 euros per liter. The relevant resolution is posted on the legal information portal.
This measure was introduced until December 31, 2027.
The increased duties, in particular, will affect alcoholic tinctures, liqueurs, whiskey, rum, gin and vodka.
