Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree on temporary measures to support the operation of information resources in the Russian Federation. This will be reported on the Kremlin's website.
According to the decree, owners of data processing centers must reserve 10% of the space and capacity to ensure the functioning of Russian information resources, if necessary.
The Ministry of Finance should ensure that free space and energy capacities of non-governmental data processing centers operating in the territory of the Russian Federation are accounted for.
