DOM.RF, the operator of the government-assisted program of mortgage lending at a rate of 6.5% p.a., has completed the distribution of additional limits on mortgage lending at a subsidized rate of 6.5% p.a. among the lenders. 23 banks applied for increasing the limit under the program through the single information system for housing construction via the наш.дом.рф portal, the company informed.
The limit for Sberbank was increased by RUB 38.7 billion fr om RUB 316.4 billion to RUB 355.1 billion, the limit for VTB by RUB 31.1 billion to RUB 206.9 billion, the limit for Alfa-Bank by RUB 49.9 billion to RUB 27.1 billion, the lim it for Promsvyazbank by RUB 23.2 billion to RUB 55.6 billion.
