JSC I-Teco has announced a major deal to buy shares of SBCloud, a Russian developer of cloud-based platforms and services.
I-Teco Invest is the buyer, Digital Assets LLC is the seller. The transaction amounts to RUB 261 million.
I-Teco has not disclosed the stake acquired. According to the United State Register of Legal Entities data as of August 24, 2020 Digital Assets LLC (a company controlled by Sberbank) owned 21%, Servionica LLC (operating as part of I-Teco Group) held 79% of SBCloud Management Company.
SBCloud was established in 2012, its revenue for 2019 amounted to RUB 212 million, loss reached RUB 172.2 million.
I-Teco is engaged in supplies of computers, networking and telecommunications equipment. Shamil Shakirov is the sole shareholder of its parent company JSC I-Teco Invest.
