Logic of Milk has completed the acquisition of Velle Holding LLC, the owner of the Velle brand.
Velle Holding specializes in the production of various plant-based products, including: drinking and spooning vegetable yoghurts, cereals, vegetable cream and sour cream, coffee drinks. In total, the company's portfolio includes more than 30 SKUs.
Earlier, Logic of Milk completed the acquisition of Polygrin LLC, the owner of the 5Yes! herbal drinks brand.
The Logic of Milk Company (formerly Russian Danone; H&N JSC) is a manufacturer of dairy products, baby food and plant—based beverages in Russia. Revenue of H&N JSC in 2025 increased by 23.3% year-on-year to 130.47 billion rubles, net profit — 3.6 times to 19.84 billion rubles.
