Italian Bending Spoons SpA has signed an agreement to acquire a cloud platform Miro for $1.36 billion in accordance with the strategy of active acquisition of companies. This is reported in the Bending Spoons press release.

Some Miro shareholders have agreed to reinvest $295 million of the proceeds into new shares of Bending Spoons. The transaction is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2026 after receiving regulatory approval.

Bending Spoons is engaged in repurchasing unclaimed software assets at a bargain price, and then reduces costs and raises prices. In particular, the company acquired well-known brands such as AOL and Vimeo.

In July, Bending Spoons attracted $1.68 billion as part of a stock offering in the United States, and in early September it bought the Airtable software company for $2.25 billion.

The company provides a virtual canvas on which several users can simultaneously work, make changes and see each other's cursors. The headquarters are located in San Francisco (USA) and Amsterdam (Netherlands).

Bending Spoons SpA is an Italian technology conglomerate with headquarters in Milan (Italy). The company specializes in the acquisition of digital businesses, deep transformation and optimization for long-term profit growth and reinvestment in new assets.
