NanduQ voluntarily excludes its ADRs from the listing of the Moscow Exchange. This is stated in the company's message.

When approving the delisting application, the company also took into account the third-party share buyback offer submitted by Fusion Factor Fintech Limited on July 8, 2025, which led to a decrease in ADR trading volumes on the Moscow Stock Exchange, as well as the fact that on September 30, 2025, Fusion Factor Fintech Limited announced another share buyback offer by third parties. individuals on the Moscow Stock Exchange at a price of 210 rubles per ADR.
